About Me

I’m a Master of Science in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University with around 12 years of work experience in various industries like information technology, computer software, higher education, digital marketing, and publishing. I have worked in positions that involved UX writing, user research, content design, UX design, B2B and B2C marketing, content strategy, writing, and editing.

I studied English Literature for my bachelor's and master's degrees and, a few years ago, co-authored and published The Wonder that was the Cylinder - a unique book on the earliest sound recording history of the Indian subcontinent.

People and human stories inspire me, and I believe good design should always be backed by solid research. After all, as my favorite poet T.S. Eliot said, “To do the useful thing, to say the courageous thing, to contemplate the beautiful thing: that is enough for one man's life.”

Outside of work, you can find me exploring different cultures and cuisines, capturing day-to-day human life, reading books, listening to all kinds of music from Engelbert Humperdinck to Begum Akhtar, sketching, painting, and writing prose and poetry in different languages.
