About Me
Hi, I’m Anukriti. My journey into UX began with a love for language, literature, and storytelling, and evolved into a career exploring how content, research, and design can make technology simpler and more human.
I’ve worked across publishing, digital marketing, cybersecurity, advertising, fintech, and enterprise products, in roles spanning content design, UX writing, research, and design. Before moving back to India in 2026, I spent nine years living, studying, and working in the US, including over three years at Amazon Ads in New York.
I studied English Literature before earning my MS in Human Factors in Information Design from Bentley University. I’m also the co-author of The Wonder That Was the Cylinder, a book about the earliest sound-recording history of the Indian subcontinent.
I’m deeply curious about people, cultures, languages, and the stories that connect them. That curiosity shapes how I approach design: with research, empathy, and a belief that even the most complex experiences can be made clearer and more human.
Outside work, you’ll find me exploring cultures and cuisines, photographing everyday life, reading, painting, writing prose and poetry, or listening to everything from Engelbert Humperdinck to Begum Akhtar.
